# Why do I always wake up right before my alarm goes off?

I set my alarm for 7 but I’m always awake by 6:45 wide awake. It doesn’t matter what time I go to bed. I just lay there waiting for the alarm to go off. Anyone else deal with this? Any tricks to stop it?
