I woke up in my dream walking down my old high school hallway, the lockers all still the same metallic gray. Suddenly the hallway stretched and the floor turned into a polished wood floor like a classroom, and desks started appearing out of nowhere. I tried to sit down and open a textbook, but the pages were blank. A bell rang and the room shifted into a small kitchen where a pot of soup was simmering on a stove. I reached for a spoon, but the handle slipped through my fingers like water, and just as I was about to sip the broth, the spoon vanished and I jolted awake.
